These 45 minute sessions help players get ready for the upcoming season, make sure all the gear fits and is in working order and gets players back in shape for hockey.  The cost is only $50 total for all 7 sessions.  If you have not registered but wish to do so, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or 705-931-2281.

Team practices will begin the first week of October.  U5/U7, U13 & U15 will practice Monday nights.  U8/U9, U11 & U18 will practice Wednesday nights.  There will also be some Saturday practices for U7 and above during the month of October to prepare for the season.  There will be no practices Thanksgiving weekend.  A full practice schedule for the month of October will be emailed out soon.
